Proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are crucial to having a healthier and more beautiful complexion.

The care we provide to the skin can improve its appearance, but most of all, for our health, and even for the skin, we can do it with proper nutrition and healthy habits. Enough sleep, physical activity, and stress-free life nowadays, due to the accelerated lifestyle, can consider a privilege.

Therefore, the first step to healthy and beautiful skin represents a diet rich in foods with a beneficial effect on
our complexion.

Raspberries. These healthy berries contain ellagic acid, which reduces the redness of the skin and has a preventive effect on its appearance.

Tomato. Red paradise fruit is rich in the antioxidant lycopene. This pigment gives the tomato color making the skin smooth, and alleviates the negative effects of the sun’s rays.

Kiwi. This sour green fruit contains more vitamin C than most fruits. Vitamin C maintains collagen in the skin, making it tighter and firmer. Also, kiwi is rich in vitamin E, an excellent fighter against free radicals. This green fruit can improve the appearance of the skin, even if applied directly. If you put kiwi rings on your eyes, you can reduce the bloating and swelling of your eyelids.

Kale. Rich in vitamin A and calcium, kale prevents premature skin aging due to the effects of UV rays and has a strong anti-inflammatory effect.

Artichoke. These green vegetables contain several types of antioxidants that play a significant role in preventing the proliferation of cancer cells. Artichokes are rich in fibers that contribute to the body's detoxification.

Green tea contains many medicinal ingredients, including a component that is great in the fight against acne — polyphenols. Green tea helps cleanse the body and neutralize free radicals, making your skin radiant and healthy.
